Safety is our top priority - on the range, at home, and in the community. Every athlete, coach, and parent is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

We work as one unit for common goals and support each other through all challenge. No one is left behind - every athlete has a role, and every effort matters.

3. Responsibility

We ALL show up, we stay focused, and always give our BEST effort every time in anything we do. Through self-discipline and accountability, we learn lessons that extend far beyond shooting sports.

We honor our Sport, our Team, our Competitors, Ourselves, and our Families. Integrity, fairness, and humility guide how we win and how we lose.
